Innovative air distribution in fabric ducts – precision, flexibility, efficiency
Modern fabric ducts offer advanced air distribution options tailored to the individual requirements of each space. Thanks to a wide range of air flow methods, it is possible not only to cool or heat effectively, but above all, to distribute air comfortably and evenly throughout the room – without drafts, noise, or unwanted dead zones.
A variety of air flow methods:
Permeability of the fabric – gentle, almost imperceptible air diffusion across the entire duct surface, ideal for areas with high hygiene requirements, such as the food industry, laboratories, and hospitals.
MicroVent microperforation – uniform air flow through small holes with a diameter of <1 mm, ensuring gentle, non-invasive circulation, perfect for low and medium suspension heights. Designed for laboratories or offices where air velocity will not exceed 0.1 m/s in occupied areas. MacroVent perforation – the most classic type of duct air distribution, used in many applications, from manufacturing plants to warehouses. By carefully selecting the number and size (from 2 to 12 mm) of perforations, the technical department ensures that the textile ducts inflate and achieve the desired airflow range.
JetVent small nozzles – directed air streams with an adjustable outlet angle, ideal for precisely directing airflow in medium- and high-ceilinged rooms. Plastic nozzles placed at the outlet of the perforations increase the airflow velocity from the duct, extending the airflow range. This solution is suitable for supermarkets and warehouses, among others.
UltraVent long-range nozzles – cone-shaped textile long-range nozzles sewn into the perforations triple the airflow velocity, allowing air to be directed into occupied areas from up to 12 meters away. This solution is suitable for high-bay warehouses, distribution centers, or any other location requiring high airflow velocity in occupied areas. They provide intensive circulation. Air supply slots – linear air outlets ensure even and controlled air distribution, ideal for spaces with aesthetically pleasing architectural requirements.
Flexibility and customization:
Within a single duct, it's possible to combine different air outlet methods, creating a perfectly tailored airflow profile for a specific application. This allows the duct to not only serve as a supply air duct but also become an active tool for shaping the microclimate – from gentle ventilation to intense cooling jets.
Intelligent adjustment to the mounting height:
The air distribution method is always selected based on the duct's installation height – from low ceilings in offices and laboratories to tall industrial structures. This ensures maximum energy efficiency and user comfort regardless of the installation conditions.
Fabric ducts with advanced air outlet technology are not just an engineering solution – they are a well-thought-out climate management system that combines efficiency, aesthetics, and comfort in a single, lightweight design.
