Top-Quality Fabrics, Tailored to Your Project

Atol Ducts offer a wide range of premium polyester fabrics, carefully selected to meet the specific needs of your ventilation system. Our standard fabric weights range from 160 g/m² to over 300 g/m², ensuring flexibility for various applications.

We use both:

Impermeable materials – ideal for transport and exhaust ducts
Permeable materials – with air permeability ranging from 40 to 120 m³/m²/h

For special applications requiring extra durability, we also provide heavy-duty tarpaulin fabrics with a weight of approximately 600 g/m².

Color Options to Match Your Space

The standard color for our textile ducts is light grey (RAL 7035 or similar) – a neutral, versatile shade that blends seamlessly into most interiors.

For projects with specific design requirements, other color options are available and can be viewed in our color gallery.

Additionally, for custom orders, we offer the option to dye the fabric in any color to perfectly match your project’s aesthetic.

At the client’s request, we offer the option to print custom logos or designs on our fabrics.

All our materials:

Certified quality and safety

are flame-retardant, with a B-s1-d0 classification,
have PZH hygienic certificates,
are produced in accordance with the OEKO-TEX® standard.

Upon request, fabrics are also available with:

antibacterial finishing (compliant with ISO 20645),
antistatic finishing (compliant with EN 1149-1:2008),
as well as fabrics made from recycled materials.

For installations with increased hygiene requirements, we offer fabrics with Class 3 or 4 cleanliness certification according to the EN ISO 14644-1 standard, intended, among others, for laboratories and cleanrooms.

Strength confirmed by testing

For the most demanding clients, we offer fabrics with tensile strength of up to 3200 N / 1000 N (in accordance with ISO 13934-1), which makes them practically impossible to tear during normal use. Our diffusers have also undergone testing at ITB at pressures up to 800 Pa, confirming their durability.

and many others, continually improving our solutions.

Assurance and professional support

Thanks to the use of top-quality materials, we offer a long-term warranty for both the fabrics and the entire textile duct suspension system. The institutes testing our fabrics confirm positive test results for the applied coatings even after multiple washing cycles. Tests carried out at ITB confirm that there are no changes in the appearance or structure of the fabric after repeated washing, as well as its resistance to operation at high temperatures.
