Atol Defrost Duct

Textile defrost ducts enable faster and more efficient defrosting of air coolers. When the air cooler is turned off and the fan stops operating, a short textile duct (open at the bottom) mounted on the fan collector lowers, effectively covering the fan outlet. This traps the warm air generated by electric heaters inside the air cooler chamber, accelerating the defrosting process.

Once defrosting is complete, the fans are switched back on, causing the short textile duct to rise and no longer restrict airflow.

These ducts are equipped with a diameter reduction feature that enhances the reach of air from the radiator, ensuring optimal performance.
