ATOL Textile Ducts for the Agro Industry
For a client in the agro sector, we designed, manufactured, and installed a complete air distribution system in just two weeks. Based on measurements taken during an on-site inspection, we prepared a tailored project.
The selected fabrics feature a dirt-repellent coating and are air-permeable, preventing condensation on the duct surface.
The facility is a vegetable cold storage room, where the target temperature is +4 °C. However, during the initial period, the hall remains at a much higher temperature while the air coolers discharge air at around +1 °C. For the units with an airflow capacity of 45,000 m³/h, we selected textile ducts with a diameter of 800 mm, including an end reduction to increase air throw. After installation, the client received as-built documentation with measurement reports.
