ATOLVENT Suspension Systems – Stable, Flexible, and Built to Last

ATOLVENT suspension systems offer a complete solution for the safe, functional, and stable installation of textile air diffusers in virtually any space – from industrial halls and warehouses to commercial premises and public facilities.

As a lightweight, flexible, and much faster-to-install alternative to traditional steel ducting, textile ventilation systems paired with our suspension solutions deliver both performance and convenience.

Depending on your project's spatial and technical requirements, we offer several well-engineered suspension systems, each designed for optimal performance and ease of use. All systems are built using high-quality components, including galvanized or stainless steel, raw or anodized aluminum profiles, and a full range of dedicated mounting accessories.

QuickStripe

Single Cable Suspension System – Fast, Economical, and Efficient

➡ The most cost-effective and quickest installation method, primarily recommended for ducts with diameters below 400 mm. However, it's also possible to suspend larger diameters using a single suspension line, depending on the project.

➡ Standard mounting components include:

Galvanized or stainless steel PVC-coated wire rope
Eye bolt (or Q-type toggle anchor)
Turnbuckle
Thimble
Wire rope clip

➡ The standard tape-to-cable distance is 5 cm, with quick adjustment options available. For optimal stability, the suspension tape should not be excessively long, as this may cause the duct to swing during operation.

➡ There are four available connector types for attaching the suspension tape to the steel cable:

QuickGlide – plastic hook
QuickClip – plastic carabiner
QuickClip+ – galvanized steel carabiner
QuickClip Premium – stainless steel carabiner

Suspension of a textile duct on two wires

QuickStripe Double

➡ One of the most economical and fastest installation methods, suitable for all duct diameters, and recommended as the standard solution for ducts over 400 mm in diameter.

➡ Mounting components include:

Two galvanized or stainless steel PVC-coated wire ropes
Eye bolts (or Q-type toggle anchors)
Turnbuckles
Thimbles
Wire rope clips

➡ The standard distance from the tape to the wire is calculated as ½ of the duct diameter + 5 cm, ensuring optimal stability and airflow alignment.

➡ There are four available connector options for attaching the suspension tape to the steel cables:

QuickGlide – plastic hook
QuickClip – plastic carabiner
QuickClip+ – galvanized steel carabiner
QuickClip Premium – stainless steel carabiner

CeilGlide

➡ Recommended for ducts with smaller diameters
➡ Mounting components include: aluminum rail, connectors, ceiling brackets, and end caps
➡ Standard distance from the rail to the duct tape: ½ of the duct diameter + 5 cm, ensuring proper duct alignment

The rail’s sliding element can be either a plastic clip or a fabric edging (keder), allowing smooth installation and secure positioning of the duct.

Double Aluminum Rail Suspension – Stable and Versatile for All Diameters

➡ Suitable for all duct diameters, and recommended as standard for ducts over 400 mm
➡ Mounting components include: aluminum rails, connectors, ceiling brackets, and end caps
➡ Standard distance from the rail to the duct tape: ½ of the duct diameter + 5 cm, ensuring proper duct positioning and system balance

The sliding element inside the rail can be either a plastic clip or a fabric edge bead (keder), allowing for smooth and secure installation.

Single Aluminum Rail Suspension – Compact Solution for Small Diameters

➡ Recommended for ducts with small diameters
➡ Mounting components include: aluminum rail, connectors, eye bolts or fast Gripple suspension systems and end caps
➡ Standard distance from the rail to the duct tape: 5 cm, ensuring minimal clearance and a clean finish

The sliding element inside the rail is a specially designed custom clip, ensuring secure and stable installation.
This system is compatible with PremiumFlex 180 and PremiumFlex 360.

CompactGlide Double

Double Aluminum Rail Suspension – Robust and Precise for All Diameters

➡ Suitable for all duct diameters, and recommended as standard for ducts over 400 mm
➡ Mounting components include: raw or anodized aluminum rails, internal connectors, eye bolts or Gripple fast suspension systems, and end caps
➡ Standard distance from the rail to the duct tape: ½ of the duct diameter + 5 cm, ensuring correct alignment

The sliding element within the rail is a custom-designed clip, engineered for smooth movement and secure installation.
This system is fully compatible with PremiumFlex 180 and PremiumFlex 360.
